At Branwell Pty Ltd, we maintain high professional standards across our platforms. Applications from individuals interested in providing services as independent contractors are assessed against defined selection criteria to determine suitability for potential engagement.

To assist with assessment, please ensure your application includes:
- Clear and complete responses to all questions
- Your full legal name and accurate contact details, including a correctly spelled email address, mailing address, and phone number
- Confirmation that emails from @branwell.com.au can be received in your email account to support ongoing communication
- Reasonable responsiveness to communication during the application process
Once a completed application is received, it is generally reviewed within five (5) business days. Applicants will be notified via email of the outcome.
Where appropriate, a further discussion may be arranged via phone to better understand your experience and how you may choose to operate on the platform as an independent contractor.
If your application is successful, you may be invited to enter into an Independent Contractor Agreement and provided access to the Branwell platform.
Access to the platform enables you to make your services available to clients; however:
- There is no guarantee of work, call volume, or income
- You are not required to accept any engagement
- You retain control over when and how you make your services available, subject to platform functionality
- You operate as an independent business and are responsible for your own tax, superannuation, insurance, and regulatory obligations
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or the offer of any work.
Applications that do not provide sufficient information for assessment may not proceed further.
